Palaemus Oceanic, LLC, is an ocean technology company focused on advancing the field of connected maritime sensing. By partnering with prime contractors, academia, and government research agencies, we bring to market novel approaches for power, communications, materials, and manufacturing. We seek to bridge the gap between research and practical application and provide advanced solutions for battlespace sensing, oceanography, research, and commercial cost savings.

With 80% of the oceans unexplored, we believe there is an opportunity to greatly improve our understanding of what’s going on in the ocean environment through a connected, integrated network of sensors that are survivable, persistent, accurate, and expendable.
Palaemus has experience in the design of underwater enclosures, sensor and electronics packaging for marine environments, thermal management, stress/strain analysis, material and coating selection, and prototype/test.
